Utilities Connected:

Water:  Potable (drinking ) water is connected.
Gas:  Propane gas tanks are used to fuel the stove and the hot water boiler
Electricity:  220v is connected to the property and there are plenty of electrical sockets
Drainage: Is via the soak away system as is commonly used in rural Argentina. This is different from the septic tank system in that the waste water soaks away in to a deep, brick lined hole and never has to be emptied.

Utilities that are not connected but are available:

Direct TV:  Easy to install
Internet:  The best option for internet is via an air-card or dongle as it is known in Argentina.
